  • The Bridge: Link common treatable ailments to appropriate nutritional and lifestyle changes.

  • Advocacy: Share expert tips on how living organically and avoiding chemicals can boost long-term health and vitality.

Office & Operational

  • The Engine: Coordinate the logistics that move organic products from the farm to the consumer.

  • Growth: Strategize ways to expand our reach, ensuring our message of self-sufficiency resonates globally.

Promoting the Mission

Digital and physical worlds must work in harmony to amplify our impact:

  1. Immersive Web Experiences: Using modern web design to take users on a “virtual tour” of our organic farms and manufacturing sites.

  2. Transparency Campaigns: Real-time digital tracking showing the journey of a product from a local farm to a household.

  3. Community Hubs: Developing online forums and resource centers where homesteaders and expert gardeners can exchange techniques.

  4. Investor Dashboards: Providing clear, data-driven portals for those investing in the global movement to see their environmental and social ROI.

A specific Role: Remote Web Designer & Digital Storyteller

We’re searching for several creative Remote Web Designers to be the digital architect of our “Soil to Soul” mission. This isn’t just about building websites—it’s about crafting a digital gateway that brings together organic farmers, health-conscious consumers, and global investors.

The aim is to showcase the true beauty of regenerative agriculture and transform it into a seamless, engaging online experience that inspires action and unites a global community dedicated to self-sufficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Design for Impact: Design and manage engaging, user-focused web pages that share our mission’s story—from the richness of the soil to the well-being of each individual.

  • Bridge the Ecosystem: Develop intuitive interfaces tailored to diverse audiences, including:

    • Farmers & Homesteaders: Tools for resource sharing and horticultural expertise.

    • Consumers: Accessible, educational pathways for those seeking relief through organic living.

    • Investors: Data-driven dashboards highlighting environmental and social ROI.

  • Visual Storytelling: Transform complex ecological data and “Soil to Soul” philosophies into digestible, beautiful, and interactive narratives.

  • Mobile-First Accessibility: Make sure our digital resources run smoothly and are easy to access for everyone, whether they’re in high-tech offices or working on remote organic farms.

Who You Are

  • A Purpose-Driven Creative: You have a portfolio that demonstrates not just technical skill, but a knack for emotive storytelling through UI/UX.

  • Technically Proficient: Proficient with modern design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and well-versed in the constraints and possibilities of front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • An Eco-Conscious Thinker: You embrace the “Soil to Soul” philosophy and are passionate about using your digital skills to promote sustainable agriculture and holistic wellness.

  • An Independent Professional: You thrive in a remote environment, managing your own workflow while staying deeply connected to a global team.

Why Work With Us?

  • True Remote Flexibility: We believe in a lifestyle of self-sufficiency. Work from your home, your studio, or your own homestead—wherever you are most inspired.

  • Real-World Impact: Your designs will play a key role in boosting organic farming cooperatives and making it easier for consumers to find valuable wellness information that can truly make a difference.

  • Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside medical staff, agronomists, and environmental experts in a unique cross-disciplinary environment.

How to Apply

If you’re ready to put your design skills to work and make a real difference, send us your portfolio and a brief note on what the “Soil to Soul” mission means to you.

Many thanks,  Anthony
