about meAbout Me and My Goals

Hi, I’m Kat Burdett; a Functional Health Practitioner, Hormone Specialist, and Mindset Coach. My work is rooted in both professional training and personal experience.

I know what it feels like to live in a body that no longer feels like your own.

My own journey through hormonal imbalances, PCOS, IBS, persistent skin issues, chronic anxiety, low mood, and low self-esteem showed me just how deeply connected our physical health, hormones, energy, digestion, skin, emotions, and mindset really are.

For a long time, I felt stuck, frustrated, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. I knew something wasn’t right, but I didn’t always know where to turn or how to begin understanding what my body was trying to tell me.

I understand how exhausting it can be to keep pushing through each day when your body is sending signals that something needs attention. That experience is what led me to look deeper, to ask better questions, and to begin supporting my body in a more compassionate and informed way.

It is what led me to this work. Now I’m passionate about helping others feel heard, understood, and supported as they begin their own journey back to balance, confidence, and connection with themselves.

kats backgroundBackground and professional training.

Guided by award-winning training from the College of Functional Wellness and accredited by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), I blend evidence-based health science with whole-health, compassionate support. My goal is to help women feel heard, understood, and empowered as they reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and begin to feel like themselves again.

At Reset & Rise, my work is about helping you understand what your body is trying to tell you, support your hormones naturally, calm your nervous system, improve your energy, and build a way of living that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with you.

You deserve to feel vibrant, confident, calm, and at peace—in your body, in your health, and in your life.

personal assessmentPersonal Assessment & Plan

We begin with a questionnaire. It’s an assessment that aims to provide an understanding of what is really going on beneath the surface. Personal in-depth honesty is vital at this stage.

It helps to create a clear picture of your current health, symptoms, lifestyle, habits, stress levels, hormonal patterns, digestion, energy, mood, sleep, skin, and overall wellbeing.

Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, we explore how everything connects. Hormones, gut health, mindset, stress, nutrition, movement, and daily routines can all influence how you feel.

We go beyond the standard health advice. Discover the hidden hormone pathways and imbalances that many practitioners don’t have the time or assets for, and learn the strategies that can create lasting breakthroughs.

By taking a whole-health view, we can begin to identify the patterns, imbalances, and areas where support is most needed.

Together, we’ll tune into your body and learn to understand its signals. This process can help bring clarity to symptoms that may have felt confusing, overwhelming, or frustrating for a long time.

From there, we create a personalised plan tailored to your needs, goals, and lifestyle. This gives you a clear path forward, with practical steps that support hormone balance, energy, emotional wellbeing, confidence, and sustainable change.

The aim is not to overwhelm you with unrealistic changes. It is to create a supportive roadmap that helps you feel more informed, more in control, and more connected to your body.

individual support sessionsIndividual Support Sessions

One-to-one sessions are where we begin putting your personalised plan into action.

These sessions are designed to support you step by step as you work towards better hormone balance, improved energy, calmer mood, healthier habits, and a stronger connection with yourself.

We may explore areas such as nutrition, blood sugar balance, stress, sleep, digestion, movement, mindset, nervous system support, self-care, and lifestyle rhythms. The focus is always on what feels achievable and supportive for you.

This is not about quick fixes, restriction, or perfection. It is about building realistic habits that help your body feel safe, supported, and nourished.

As we work together, you’ll begin to understand what helps you feel better, what may be draining your energy, and what changes can support your long-term wellbeing. You’ll also have space to talk through challenges, celebrate progress, and adjust your plan as your body responds.

The goal is to help you feel more confident in your choices, more at home in your body, and more able to move through daily life with energy, clarity, and calm.

mindset lifestyle supportMindset and Lifestyle Support

True wellbeing is not only physical. Your mindset, stress patterns, emotional load, daily routines, and relationship with yourself all play an important role in how you feel.

Many women are used to pushing through, ignoring their needs, and putting themselves last. Over time, this can leave you feeling depleted, disconnected, anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.

Mindset and lifestyle support gives you space to pause, reflect, and rebuild a healthier relationship with your body and your life.

Together, we look at the habits, beliefs, stress responses, and lifestyle patterns that may be affecting your wellbeing. You’ll be supported to create practical changes that feel manageable, compassionate, and realistic.

This may include learning how to listen to your body, setting better boundaries, creating calmer routines, supporting your nervous system, reducing overwhelm, and developing a more supportive inner dialogue.

The aim is to help you feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered—not just during the programme, but beyond it.

ready to resetReady to Reset and Rise?

The Reset & Rise Method is a four-week, one-to-one hormone and energy reset designed for busy women who have lost their spark, feel out of touch with themselves, and are ready to regain their energy, confidence, and sense of control.

This is for you if you are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, low in energy, disconnected from your body, or unsure where to start.

Together, we’ll create a supportive, personalised path back to feeling more balanced, energised, and at peace.

You do not have to keep pushing through alone.

It’s time to reset, reconnect, and rise.
